Always a vacation to remember!

We have stayed in 602 before and it was just as great as the first time! It is the perfect place for my family and the management team was in constant contact with me informing me of activities for the 4th of July, to when the maintenance crew would be there to work on the dryer. The dryer went out and they came within 30 minutes to check it out, it needed to be replaced and they had it done within 2 hours! We appreciate them and their dedication to service.

Amazing Place

This town home is a wonderful place to stay. We spent our week enjoying the uncrowded beach, which was great. As with any home on the beach be prepared to climb stairs. Home was well equipped kitchen and we loved the 3 king beds. We are looking forward to our 2 week stay there in October. Key Concepts was wonderful to work with and quick to provide extra towels and washcloths to our group of 5. Thanks Key Concepts for all your help including the help you gave with the beach chair rental company. See you in October.

Boardwalk 2

Loved staying here! Key Concepts was very welcoming. The table on the deck was great to sit and eat breakfast as you watched the ocean of the morning. The beds was super comfortable along with the pillows. It was the perfect place for our family. It was really neat seeing a brick in the laundry room from Clarksburg, WV as we live not far from there. Thank you to Key Concepts for a wonderful experience from checking in to checking out and always just being a phone call away and to the owners of the home for sharing their beautiful piece of heaven to stay on our vacation.

Key Concepts- Beautiful and Relaxing Condo!

We rented from Key Concepts and our stay was wonderful. The unit was furnished beautifully and was just steps from the beach with a personal boardwalk. The Key Concepts staff were welcoming and quick to help answer questions. It was a great place for our family to enjoy Fall break.

Amazing Unit!

I called Friday morning looking for a last minute rental for my family and Key Concepts was amazing! The unit itself was so much more than we could've anticipated! Our family enjoyed a fabulous beach weekend!

 This was our second year in a row staying at the Dory for spring break. This year we stayed in Unit A and last year stayed in unit D, both were perfect accommodations for our family. We especially love having the screened in sunroom with direct access to the beach and balconies on the main level and primary bedroom. The ocean view is fantastic! This was a great place to stay with our small dogs: none of the furniture or flooring smelled like pets. Everything in the condo is light and breezy. Key Concepts was great to work with and very responsive to my texts. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Great place to stay, very clean and well decorated. Just like the pictures and description! Great location as well and super friendly staff. We will be back for another trip!
